Two weeks ago I gave you a little tour of my home office... there are still a few things to be desired within my new space, but never-the-less it's fully functional - and functionality is the name of the game when it comes to office space.
But there is that little decorator inside me screaming, "make it pretty, make it pretty!" ... and because of that little decorator I have found myself admiring desk organizers, pen holders, journals, notebooks, tags, and filing systems. If this doesn't paint me as a workaholic who loves to spend way too much time in her office I don't know what will. Who says a home office can't be styled with a few chic accessories?

I used to have a nice home office, now it's a play room. I still have a home office area but it's a desk that I write at because I want to so not exactly office. That being said, I think it is very important to love the surroundings that you work in, especially if you have the luxury of working from home.
ReplyDeleteI agree, you have to love your surroundings - especially if you are spending 12+ hours a day in 1 room! I imagine somewhere down the road (far down the road) my office will end up a playroom too!
