Thanksgiving Week: Pumpkin Pie Bars

It’s that time of year again… pumpkin, pumpkin, pumpkins. Reason number #2459 why I love Fall… pumpkins! Whether I am picking them from a pumpkin patch, decorating with them, carving them, or eating them in ice cream with mushrooms, I cannot get enough pumpkin during the Fall season.

One treat that caught my eye was these mouthwatering Pumpkin Pie Bars by Allison at Some the Wiser. She said they were “simple yet delicious”… so naturally I had to make them.

Let me just say these are the best pumpkin bars I have ever made (well, the only pumpkin bars I have ever made), and they were gone in less than a week.
