Sea Salt & Balsamic Vinegar Kale Chips
I am starting to feel like I am last to the party on this one. I have seen a handful of blogs posting about Kale Chips, and even more tweets talking about this healthy & delicious snack, but I have yet to try it.
It wasn’t until last Sunday while grocery shopping, “J” actually suggested grabbing a head of Kale to make Kale Chips. That’s right “J” suggested it! I thought I was the “foodie” in this relationship… turns out he pays attention to these healthy food trends too!
So, after our not so fun shopping experience at RCSS, we headed home very excited to take on this culinary adventure together.
“What flavour should we make?” I asked. “I don’t know, what do you think?” Now if you know “J” this is a very typical response. Looks like I was leading this kale ship… and since salt and vinegar is my second favourite chip flavour (next to dill pickle), salt and vinegar it was going to be.
